About Me
I started my career as a software engineer in 1998, right around the peak of the internet boom. I worked in San Francisco for three years at Scient, an internet consultancy. After Scient reached a peak market cap of over $9 billion in 2000, they proceeded to implode.
In 2001, I found myself at Action Engine in Redmond, WA. Here I developed software for mobile devices, including Palm, Windows Mobile, and Symbian devices. In 2006 I began working for M:Metrics, which was later acquired by comScore.
When I’m not developing software, I like to race cars, mostly in the form of autocross. Last season I competed in a 2002 Subaru WRX. I’ve recently upgraded the WRX to a 2004 Subaru STi, which is quite a bit quicker. I also enjoy spending time with my wife, and playing LittleBigPlanet with my son.
